At Beau Interiors, our furniture is handcrafted to order in our Rolleston workshop, allowing us to maintain the quality and craftsmanship we expect from every piece we make.
Our standard production lead time is approximately 6–8 weeks from confirmation of your order and payment, unless otherwise stated.
Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on material availability, custom requirements, workshop schedules, seasonal demand, finishing requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is a significant change to the expected completion timeframe of your order, we’ll keep you informed and provide an updated estimate.
Production & Delivery
Our production lead time relates to the time required to manufacture and finish your furniture.
Delivery timeframes are separate from production lead times. Delivery arrangements begin once your furniture is complete and ready for dispatch.
Freight is quoted separately in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Time-Sensitive Orders
If you require your furniture by a particular date, please contact us before placing your order.
For events, commercial projects or other time-sensitive orders, we recommend allowing additional time wherever possible.
While we’ll do our best to work with requested timeframes, estimated completion dates are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed with you.
Quality craftsmanship takes time, and we appreciate your patience while we create your piece.
